Company "AVERS-Express LTD" Poltava, Ukraine Is engaged in employment abroad, youth program AU PAIR, and perform recruiting services for Ukraine and foreign companies in Poltava and regions (Personnel agency a Career - department of firm)

The Company is qualified for placement and for work of Ukrainian citizen's abroad (state license N 888 valid up to July 18, 2002)

BASIC PRINCIPLES AND ACHIEVEMENTS

  • The mission Agency consists in providing its clients with high-quality recruitment services both in Poltava and in regions
  • The Agency's motto: "You can do without our help, but it is better with us!"
  • Beginning our work for each client, we thoroughly discuss all the requirements and details. Our goal is to look at any candidate from the standpoint of our client
  • We highly appreciate our clients' time and introduce only those candidates who had successfully met all the requirements of tough selection process:
    • Our clients invite 90% of candidates introduced by the Group for personal interviews
    • As a rule, clients have to deal with no more than 3–4 candidates to find the right person for the position
    • Over 95% of candidates hired with our help successfully pass probation period and work for our clients

The agency is deeply interested in long-term cooperation with its clients

TECHNIQUES, PRICES, AND GUARANTEES

  • Professional techniques used by the Group include wide range of selection methods:
    • Search through own database
    • Search by advertising in mass media
    • Internet Search
    • Search engaging our partner agencies in Poltava and other regions
    • Executive Search of top-managers and exclusive specialists
    • Main selection and evaluation techniques:
    • Analysis of CVs
    • Telephone Interviews
    • Personal Interviews
    • Checking References
    • Using Tests (if appropriate)
  • Each candidate is introduced to our client by:
    • CV
    • Special introduction (comprehensive document written by our consultant)
    • Any required comments and remarks (usually given by our consultants in the process of communicating with clients in oral form)

We strictly follow the professional ethic code adopted by the Association. All our services are absolutely free for candidates.

  • The Agency works on base of fixed contractual prices, and the price is agreed over with our clients before the work has started. This is usually equivalent to 15-20% of employee's annual salary
  • As a rule, the orders taken by the Agency to full fill are rather complicated and challenging in correspondence with high quality services provided by the Agency and its pricing policy
  • Only as an exclusion the Agency considers orders given to more than two agencies simultaneously
  • The Agency guarantees free substitution for candidates hired with its help during a period of time from three months up to a year according to the rank of the position
  • After the order is fulfilled the Agency never considers all employees of the client company as candidates for other companies orders during twelve months
